    The diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and other memory care diseases can be scary. Speaking with others who are familiar with the diagnosis and are going through the same challenges can be comforting and help with gaining understanding. Encore at Avalon Park has teamed up with local experts to put together a support community for those facing similar challenges in relation to senior living.     St. Maximililan Kolbe and Encore are hosting Lenten Fish Friday. Advance tickets for seatings at 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30p.m. Unlimited to-go boxes. Portion of the proceeds will benefit Encore’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
